About

Photography isn’t just pressing a shutter—it’s noticing what most people walk past. The way light catches the curve of a mountain at sunrise, the glint in a bird’s eye mid-flight, or the tiny world hidden inside a flower petal. Whether crouched low chasing a macro shot, standing still waiting for wildlife to reveal itself, or exploring the quiet of the bush, photography teaches patience, focus, and appreciation for the moment.

It’s also about energy—the rush, the sound, the intensity. Motorsport brings that to life like nothing else. Capturing speed, precision, and raw emotion on the track pushes me to anticipate, react, and see movement as art. Timing is everything, and every frame becomes a heartbeat.

What started as curiosity has become a way of seeing the world differently—through balance, light, and motion. Over the years, my work has grown to include landscapes, wildlife, macro, and motorsport photography, all driven by the same goal: capturing authenticity and emotion in every frame.

I collaborate with motorsport organisations and clubs, documenting the stories behind the speed. Away from the track, I explore New Zealand’s landscapes and wildlife, where the pace slows but the sense of wonder never fades.

No matter the subject, the goal never changes—to freeze what most people miss and turn fleeting moments into something timeless. Photography, for me, is about connection, storytelling, and the art of truly seeing.
